Recent changes to the Blue Fin Fishery to make it more sustainable has allowed for a catch and release program that has revived sport fishing on PEI. In conjuction with the Prince Edward Island Culinary Alliance and MR Seafood we are hosting a North Lake Blue Fin Tuna Dinner. On Thursday, September 20, 2012 we are offer a five course Chef's Tasting Menu built around Blue Fin Tuna at $80 per person. Reservations are important to insure a table at the time you prefer, so call early.
