FALL FLAVOURS
The Fortune Feast is the signature event of the Fall Flavours Festival, hosted by Chef Michael Smith. Join Chef Emeritus Michael Smith and Executive Chef Warren Barr for an intimate evening at The Inn At Bay Fortune, his home kitchen for many years. Special guest winemaker John Rossignol of PEI's own Rossignol Estate Vineyards will pour his best as well as some other fine wine pairings from other vintners while Michael, Warren and the kitchen team prepare a multi-course extravaganza tasting menu celebrating the best of the island and the season. Also joining the fun will be the moonshine masters from Myriad Artisan Distillery and Canada's first potato vodka producers from the Prince Edward Distillery. $195 with all taxes, gratuities and beverages included.the date will be Friday, September 24, 2010 at 6:30 PM.
